Task posters should describe the expected price, timing, materials, and reimbursement needs before a task is accepted. Patchers should ask clarifying questions before starting work.
Payments are handled between users. TaskPatch can help organize evidence and support review, but does not process refunds or guarantee repayment.
Disputes should include what was agreed, what happened, any payment request or confirmation, and the resolution requested. Support may review messages, task history, payment events, reports, and reviews.
Users may coordinate payment through their chosen method, but should not pressure others to use unsafe payment methods such as gift cards, crypto, wire transfers, or irreversible transfers before work is confirmed.
Threats, harassment, intimidation, spam, and unsafe conduct are prohibited. Users can report, block, and dispute tasks when direct communication is not safe.
TaskPatch support may moderate accounts, preserve evidence, and help users understand next steps. TaskPatch is not a court, escrow provider, insurer, or payment processor.
